North Lake Apartment - MlR (Carol Vieira and Ana Francischetti) This customer's demand was, above all, a space optimization solution that was not sufficient for all the functions that would be performed in that environment. Layout with flowchart and sectorization ready, now it was time to combine aesthetics to close with a flourish. Program of Needs: The couple's first apartment / floor plan met the demand of the retail store / transform a rectangular box into a home with a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and guest bedroom. Solution: Ladder to second floor. Kitchen under the stairs. Sliding doors keep the kitchen hidden. TV coupled to one of these ports (strategic TV positions as needed). Island with meal table. Expansion of the mezzanine depending on the bedrooms. 1/2 PORTFOLIO South Wing Apartment - AlC (Carol Vieira) In this apartment, the couple would like an interference in the living room that would rescue the pleasure of family reunion, in addition to enjoying the living room again, which was practically abandoned. Needs Program: Interior planning for a living room with dining table / sofa for 4 people / environment to receive guests / family entertainment. Solution: integrated layout with reversible chairs for living or dining, mirror to enlarge the environment, comfortable sofa. Reuse of the curtain. Intimate and general lighting creating favorable atmospheres at every moment. The professional participated in a national competition promoted by the ABD - Brazilian Association of Interior Designers: "Changing your life with a DI" and got 5th place in the national ranking. Cristina and Alerte.” 1/1 Apartment Águas Claras - ClR (Carol Vieira) A couple just bought their apartment and moved without a project and after a few months they saw that the apartment was not well used and decided to buy an interior project. Needs program: simple renovation, as the couple lived on site and had no intention of moving. Take advantage of what they already had, and that they had actually just bought, as the apartment was new and they had been living there for a short time. They would like a pleasant environment to receive friends and make the most of each corner themselves. Solution: more elaborate plaster design. Despite being a very dirty stage, they agreed, as they saw that the plaster and associated lighting were capable of transforming the apartment. Adaptation and complementation of existing joinery. Panels to give personality and authenticity to the home, as well as a special selection of loose furniture. Needs Program: Living with good use of space and an integrated dining room. Cozy double bedroom project with television and reading and breastfeeding corner. Solution: A layout was suggested prioritizing free circulation spaces, as they had small children and would use the space to play as well. The bronze mirror came to enlarge the space and still bring the sophistication of that color to the environment, as well as the 'Duna' coating by Castelatto. The plaster is very clean and simple, leaving all the charm for the lighting. For the couple's bedroom, we brought straw wallpaper to sectorize the space, there, where even the ceiling receives the paper, it is reserved for study, reading and breastfeeding (especially the wall light with a flexible arm). Photos: Marcos Araújo 1/1 Apartment Águas Claras 3 - MlP (Carol Vieira and Mariana Pereira) With the purchase of their first property, the couple decided that they would move to their own apartment in every way, they wanted to personalize the property. The family always received many family members and needed to correctly direct the use of space. Needs Program: Well-used rooms always leaving room for guests, in addition to the guest bedroom. Gourmet balcony suitable for receiving people at the end of the year parties and the dining room should follow the same orientation. A small office was requested as they didn't work from home but needed a space to organize documents, paperwork etc. The double bedroom should have plenty of closet space despite being small and a cozy and uncluttered living room. Solution: From the entrance hall, we are surprised by a welcoming atmosphere. The toilet was worked with a set of mirrors that left the contemporary environment, bringing a classic touch to the home. The wife likes blue, and occasionally we can find these points that refer to her and become strong throughout the project. The kitchen was located far from the balcony, the solution was to bring the kitchen almost into the balcony, integration was the key point for the project's success. So we were able to reserve a large space for the dining table (which could be used in more formal moments) and for the living room with a very inviting sofa without any rules and in addition to these environments we managed to fit the office behind the living room. The guest room is very neutral and has a support table for suitcases. The children's room has a study table and a fun bunk for the brothers and cousins. To meet the needs of the couple, who need many closets, an unconventional layout was proposed, we placed the bed in the center of everything with a very strategic headboard that houses the couple's shoe rack and so it was possible to surround the entire environment with closets and mirrored doors were welcomed to give breadth to the environment. Highlight for the carved tub for the couple's bath and wood coating bringing warmth to the mostly white environment.
